Butterflyservice participated in the The Third International Workshop Invertebrates in Zoo Collections (October 22-27, 2007) organised by the Eurasian Regional Association of Zoos and Aquariums (EARAZA) and held at Moscow Zoo.
More than ninety experts from 49 zoos and other organisations participated in the workshop.
The following topics have been discussed there:
- methods of keeping and breeding of insects and spiders
- prophylaxis and treatment of infectious diseases of insects in zoos
- organisation and design of the exhibits of living invertebrates at the zoos
- international zoo conservation programmes for endangered species of invertebrates
